The La Vida development features a beachfront Beach Club, beautiful facilities for enjoying the oceanfront. It features a gym, jacuzzi, pool, and a completely exclusive lounge area.

Bucerías is a family-friendly coastal town located on the northern shore of the beautiful Banderas Bay.

General rules

These guidelines help preserve the facilities, promote mutual respect, and prevent accidents or inconveniences. Please read these rules carefully and follow them during your visit.

Check-in and Check-out times

Guest Registration

Check-in: 3:00 pm
Check-out: 11:00 am

The names of all guests who will be staying at the house must be provided.
Only owners and registered guests may use the condominium and beach club facilities.

Visits

Visits to the house are permitted until 9:00 pm (or later with administrative authorization).
Visitors are not permitted to use the pool, beach club, or club parking.

Noise and Respect

Disturbing or loud noises (including loud music or horseplay) are prohibited. Loud music, horns, and horses are not permitted.
Please keep the volume down after 10:00 pm in all areas.
If there are complaints about noise or other issues, fines may be deducted from your deposit.

No Smoking / No Vaping

Smoking and vaping are prohibited in any area of the development, including the pool, beach club, common areas, and inside the house.

Seguridad y Objetos de Valor

Keep valuables in the safe.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings, whether in your home or car.

Trash

The cleaning person will take out the trash daily; it can also be thrown in the containers next to the elevators in the basement.
Garbage must be wrapped well before throwing it into the bins.

Energy and Water

Turn off lights, air conditioning, fans, and appliances in unoccupied areas.
Do not use the air conditioning with doors/windows open.
Moderate water use.

Use and Conservation of the House

Make good use of the facilities, take care of furniture and decoration.
All damage is reported and deducted from the deposit.
Do not sit on furniture in the house with wet clothes.
Do not bring sand in, use an external shower for feet/body after the beach.

Clothes and Towels

Do not hang clothes or towels on the balcony or in visible places; use the washer/dryer available in the laundry area.

Parking lot

Use only the spaces assigned to the house.
We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Children

Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Take special care of children near the pool and wet areas (marble floors are slippery).

General rules

Access

For owners and registered guests only.
Use of the kitchen area (stove, refrigerator, sink, etc.) is not permitted.

Hygiene

Shower/remove sand before entering (there are showers and faucets at the beach club entrances).
It is forbidden to bring sand into the house.

Behavior and Safety

There are no lifeguards, swim at your own risk.
Children under 12 (or 14) years old must always be supervised by an adult.
Babies must wear swim diapers.
Be very careful on wet (slippery) floors.
No running, jumping, or dangerous games in the pool area.

Prohibitions

No smoking in the beach club, pool or jacuzzi.
It is forbidden to bring in glass containers, glasses or utensils.
It is forbidden to use sunscreen when entering the pool.
Do not bring food or drinks into the pool or jacuzzi.
Do not put toys in the jacuzzi.
Do not move cots/chairs or leave belongings occupying spaces.
Do not use the club's kitchen area.

Equipment

Speakers/music with headphones only.
When leaving, clean and store pool toys in their designated place.
Turn off jacuzzi jets after use.
Maximum jacuzzi capacity: 8 people.
If there are a lot of people, let the children share a cot.
Do not use lounge chairs/chaises if not present.

Gym Rules

Hours: 6 am to 6 pm.
Wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
Clean the used equipment with the cloth provided.
Put the protective cover back in place.
Music only at low volume and with consideration for other users.
Leave the equipment in its place when finished.
