Please refrain from loud noises at all times to maintain the tranquility of the community.
Noise restriction hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am (includes conversations, music, and cell phones on terraces and common areas).
Loud music or other noise-causing activities are not permitted in common areas such as stairs, the pool, and gardens.

Do not take actions or omissions that affect the relaxation, safety, cleanliness, hygiene, or comfort of others.

Visitors are permitted if they have pre-registered for access at the main booth.

Smoking is not permitted in any area.
No animals of any kind are allowed.

The cleaning staff assists with daily collection; please deposit your trash only in the containers located at the entrance to Las Terrazas.
Leaving trash in common areas is prohibited. Fine: $100 USD.

Do not hang towels, clothes or objects on terraces or windows.

RULES OF USE AND STORAGE
IN COMMON AREAS

Storage

It is prohibited to store surfboards, bicycles, inflatable toys, or similar items in hallways, gardens, lawns, or common areas (including pool areas), except in designated spaces.

Bicycles of Las Terrazas

Only owners and guests may use bicycles bearing the Las Terrazas logo.
These must be returned to their proper place daily. It is prohibited to reserve bicycles or use bicycles without the logo.
Fine for non-compliance: $100 USD.

Use of the common area

It is prohibited to install personal or sports equipment (swings, baskets, goals, nets, etc.) in common areas or areas for exclusive use without authorization.

PARKING AND CIRCULATION

Assignment of places

Each unit has one assigned parking space. Guests must use this space.
Visitor spaces are only available for owners staying with more than one car and vendors. If there are guests, the owner must vacate their assigned space.

Excess vehicles

Excess vehicles may only be parked in designated areas for a maximum of 24 hours; they may not be used for vehicle storage, trailers, etc.

Golf carts

Each unit has one assigned parking space. Guests must use this space.
Visitor spaces are only available for owners staying with more than one car and vendors. If there are guests, the owner must vacate their assigned space.

Transit

Obey one-way traffic signs.
Maximum speed: 5 km/h. Fine for exceeding: $100 USD.
Parking on roads is prohibited. Fine: $100 USD.

RULES FOR POOL USE

Schedule

The pool is available from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Conduct and safety

No diving, the pool is not deep enough.
Rinse off sand before entering.
Children under 10 years old must be supervised by an adult.
It is forbidden to bring glassware into the pool.
It is prohibited to move cots, chairs, tables or other furniture.
Pool toys, surfboards, or similar objects are not allowed in the pool.
Large groups are asked to use beach clubs to minimize disturbance to others.
