General Prohibitions
Use and Conservation of Common Units and Areas

Please be respectful of the rest and tranquility of owners, guests, and neighbors.
Refrain from loud noises at all times.
Quiet or moderate noise hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
Avoid loud conversations, loud music, and the use of speakers, televisions, or other devices that may disturb others, especially on terraces, stairs, common areas, pools, and gardens.
Please use headphones when listening to music in common areas; portable speakers are not permitted.
Smoking is not permitted in any area of the building, including the studio, terraces, common areas, gardens, or pool.
No animals of any kind are allowed.
Do not perform actions or omissions that disrupt the relaxation, safety, cleanliness, hygiene, or comfort of other guests, owners, and neighbors.
Do not hang towels, clothes or objects on terraces, windows or balconies.
Avoid sitting on furniture with wet clothes.
Make good use of the facilities and furnishings; any damage must be reported immediately.
Use the foot or body shower before entering apartments and the pool to avoid bringing in sand or dirt.
Garbage and cleaning
Please deposit trash in the containers located at the building entrance. Leaving trash in common areas or hallways is prohibited, as this will result in a fine (USD 100).
Housekeeping staff will assist with daily trash collection, but each guest is responsible for not leaving trash in common areas.
Storage and Personal Items
It is prohibited to place, store, or leave surfboards, bicycles, inflatable toys, or other personal belongings in walkways, lawns, gardens, or any common areas, including pool areas, except where expressly permitted.
Place all objects in the areas or racks designated for storage.
Other provisions
Use only assigned or designated visitor parking spaces as directed by management.
Wi-Fi is available exclusively for owners and registered guests.
Always follow the instructions of the administration, security and Zantamar staff.
